Join us for an after school multi-sports class with loads of fun games to burn off energy, socialize, and get you moving! We will introduce and improve on the fundamentals of a variety of team sports (soccer, basketball, baseball, hockey, volleyball, and more). Our classes promote cardio, hand eye coordination, agility and footwork training while reinforcing teamwork and good sportsmanship.
